I was thrilled to see Edna Kiplagat and Wilson Kipsang win the London Marathon 2014 having got to know both a little over the years.

Now how did he get on the track at the 2015 World Athletics Championships?

2015 - The US 4 by 400 relay team Allyson, Fran, Natasha and Sanya, who have more in common than track

2015 - We were quite a threesome on the Great Wall of China - Christine Bowmaker (vertigo), Jules Wilkinson (dizzy) and me (dodgy hip!)

I have been privileged to see Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce win Olympic gold medals in 2008 and 2012 and World Championship gold in 2009, 2013 and 2015 and hear her acknowledge the source of her ability after many races.

In 2015 I was able to take 44 footballs, 33 polo shirts, 15 bags, and 2 complete football kits to Togo
